SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide!

We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

  • Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices and their prices. ALL SHIPPING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

PROCESSING TIME

  • ALL ORDERS ARE FULFILLED FOLLOWING VERIFICATION AND CREDIT AUTHORIZATION WITHIN 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS OR SOONER.

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

  • USPS standard shipping are currently processed within (5-7 business days)
  • Priority shipping are currently processed within (3-4 business days)
  • Express shipping are currently processed within (1-2 Business days)
  • For USPS Priority international mail are currently processed within (7-14 business days)

PLEASE NOTE the time it takes to receive items includes Processing + Shipping Transit time.

INTERNATIONAL
For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package, but is not an actual tracking number. All prices on our site are in US dollars and charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion, check with your bank prior to processing the payment to determine if they will convert currency for this order.

All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. PLEASE NOTE As far as customs charges, we do not have any control over them, nor know what the charges will be, if any. If your package is being held by customs, that means you need to pay the custom fees in order to retrieve your package.

PRE ORDERS
Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product detail page with the anticipated ship date. Once your order has been placed, the full payment will be captured up front.

PLEASE NOTE if orders contain both items for “pre-order” and “items ready to ship” your items will be shipped together. We are unable to ship items separately that are included in the same order.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, as the recipient of the package you are required to get in contact with the corresponding shipping carrier to file a claim. We are not responsible for any orders lost or stolen including incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We provide tracking information on all orders once your order has shipped. Transit time begins the following business day from the date your order has been shipped. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided.
